SUMMARY

 

     Synopsis of Bill

 

House Transportation Committee Substitute for House Bill 1035 amends NMSA 1978, § 66-7-413 (permits for excessive size and weight) by exempting utility service vehicles from prohibitions or restrictions relating to hours or days of operation or restrictions on movement because of poor weather conditions.

 

Additionally, this bill corrects agency names for the State Transportation Commission and the Public Regulation Commission.
