SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
House Bill 971
appropriates $50,000 from the general fund to the Office of African American
Affairs for expenditure in FY 04 and subsequent years to provide for
administration and promotion of the cultural and history collection of the office.
Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining
at the end of a fiscal year shall not revert to the general fund.
