appropriates $330.0 to provide a cost-of-living adjustment, start independent

Issues
The bill if enacted would provide independent living services to New Mexicans with disabilities and the opportunity to increase their independence. The funding would enable the agency to provide these services to unserved counties and rural areas.

increased dependence on strained resources, both personal and public.
