Synopsis of Bill

House Bill 439 adjusts the boundaries of Taos County precincts 20, 21, and 26 by listing the specific block identification numbers in the federal 2000 census files for these three precincts.

ADMINISTRATIVE IMPLICATIONS

The Secretary of State indicates minor administrative implications with designing new voting precinct maps for Taos County.
