Synopsis
of Bill
House Bill 174 amends
Section 66-5-15 NMSA 1978 directing that any information contained in the
magnetic strip on the back of a driver’s license or any other electronically
accessible information on a driver’s license must be limited to the information
available on the face of the license.

TECHNICAL ISSUES
HB 174 solely
