Synopsis
of Bill
House Bill 86 amends
Section 60-2E-44(H) NMSA 1978 of the Gaming Control Act to remove the upper
limit on payback value for gaming machine wagers, currently at 96%.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
Gaming machine
revenues paid to the state by gaming licensees’ revenues may be enhanced if the
provisions of this bill stimulate gaming machine play.
