     Synopsis of Bill

 

Senate Bill 151 amends the Campaign Reporting Act to require disclosure of the name and address of the employer of any entity contributing $250 or more to a political campaign.

 

FISCAL IMPLICATIONS

 

There is no appropriation associated with this bill.  The Secretary of State indicates the fiscal implications to the office will be minimal.
