SUMMARY
Synopsis
of Bill
House Bill 833
appropriates $37,800 from the General Fund to the Office of Indian Affairs for
expenditure for personnel and other costs to develop
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The appropriation of
$37.8 contained in this bill is a non-recurring expense to the General Fund. Any
unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of Fiscal Year 2004 shall
revert to the General Fund.
