FOR CHANGING THE
PURPOSE OF A GENERAL FUND APPROPRIATION TO DESIGN THE ROADWAY BETWEEN PANORAMA
AND DESERT LAKES ROAD IN OTERO COUNTY.
The general fund appropriation made to
the state highway and transportation department pursuant to Subsection LL of
Section 41 of Chapter 23 of Laws 2000 (2nd S.S.) to repair and construct the
roadway between Panorama and Desert Lakes road in Otero county shall not be
expended for the original purpose but is appropriated to design that roadway.
