FOR PURCHASING BUSES FOR THE HEAD START PROGRAM IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to purchase buses for the head start program in Valencia county.
