FOR THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF AN EDUCATIONAL FACILITY AND COMMUNITY CENTER FOR THE HEAD START PROGRAM IN MORA IN MORA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000) for the design and construction of an educational facility and community center for the head start program in Mora in Mora county.
