FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO SHIPROCK AND HOT PEPPER STREET IN CHAPARRAL IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for improvements to Shiprock and Hot Pepper street in Chaparral in Dona Ana county.
