FOR PURCHASING AND INSTALLING A FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM IN THE NOR-LEA SPECIAL HOSPITAL DISTRICT IN LOVINGTON IN LEA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to purchase and install a fire sprinkler system throughout the hospital in the Nor-Lea special hospital district in Lovington in Lea county.
