FOR PAVING HALLMARK AND BALBOA STREETS IN ELEPHANT BUTTE IN SIERRA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($175,000) to pave Hallmark and Balboa streets in Elephant Butte in Sierra county.
