FOR A TRAFFIC LIGHT ON UNITED STATES HIGHWAY 285 AND RICHEY AVENUE IN ARTESIA IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to purchase and install a traffic light on United States highway 285 and Richey avenue in Artesia in Eddy county.
