FOR PURCHASING PROPERTY AND A BUILDING FOR THE BUSINESS INCUBATOR PROGRAM IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase property and a building or plan, design and construct a building for the business incubator program in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
