FOR AN ANNEX TO THE LINCOLN COUNTY DETENTION FACILITY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred fifty-six thousand dollars ($156,000) to plan, design, construct and equip an annex to the Lincoln county detention facility for the housing and counseling of non-violent offenders.
