FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE CITY PARK IN MESQUITE IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for improvements to the city park in Mesquite in Dona Ana county.
