SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 325

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

46TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2003

REQUESTED BY Joseph A. Fidel

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR SOCORRO IN SOCORRO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to repave streets in Socorro in Socorro county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to construct, equip and landscape a skate park facility in Socorro in Socorro county;

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to renovate Sedillo park in Socorro in Socorro county; and

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to renovate the community swimming pool in Socorro in Socorro county.
