FOR PURCHASING ROAD EQUIPMENT FOR ROOSEVELT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to purchase road equipment for Roosevelt county.
