FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A WATER LINE FOR THE FLORA VISTA WATER USERS ASSOCIATION IN FLORA VISTA IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred sixty-seven thousand six hundred dollars ($167,600) for the construction of a water line for the Flora Vista water users association in Flora Vista in San Juan county.
