46TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2003

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR FORT SUMNER IN DE BACA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for street, curb, sidewalk, gutter and flood control improvements in Fort Sumner in De Baca county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for renovation of the municipal swimming pool in Fort Sumner in De Baca county;

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for the purchase and equipping of an ambulance for Fort Sumner in De Baca county;

twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) for the purchase of street equipment for Fort Sumner in De Baca county;

two million dollars ($2,000,000) for improvements to the De Baca county jail in Fort Sumner in De Baca county; and

two million dollars ($2,000,000) for construction of a new city and county facility in Fort Sumner in De Baca county.
