FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, FURNISHING AND EQUIPPING OF THE COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH FACILITY IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of health

one hundred ninety thousand dollars ($190,000) for the construction, furnishing and equipping of the county health facility in Lincoln county.
