FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, REPLACEMENT AND UPGRADE OF WATER LINES IN RUIDOSO DOWNS IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for the construction, replacement and upgrade of water lines in Ruidoso Downs in Lincoln county.
