FOR PLANNING AND DESIGNING A NEW SHELTER FACILITY IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) to plan and design a new shelter facility in McKinley county.
