FOR A WATER SYSTEM FOR LA LAMA MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS' ASSOCIATION IN TAOS COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

four hundred two thousand dollars ($402,000) to design, construct and equip a water system for La Lama mutual domestic water consumers' association in Taos county.
