FOR REPAIRING AND IMPROVING THE WATER SYSTEM FOR THE RUTHERON MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to repair and improve the water system for the Rutheron mutual domestic water consumers' association in Rio Arriba county.
