SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 121

REQUESTED BY Stuart Ingle

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS AT EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN PORTALES IN ROOSEVELT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to purchase a computer system for the athletic department at eastern New Mexico university in Portales in Roosevelt county;

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase a bus for the athletic department at eastern New Mexico university in Portales in Roosevelt county;

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for soccer field development at eastern New Mexico university in Portales in Roosevelt county; and

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for distance education infrastructure at eastern New Mexico university in Portales in Roosevelt county.
