SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 110

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

46TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2003

REQUESTED BY Carroll H. Leavell

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN THE JAL PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN LEA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state department of public education

four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000) to purchase and install a heating, ventilation and air conditioning system at the Jal high school gymnasium and natatorium in the Jal public school district in Lea county; and

one hundred fifteen thousand dollars ($115,000) to purchase and install a heating, ventilation and air conditioning system in the cafeteria at Jal elementary school in the Jal public school district in Lea county.
