REQUESTED BY Carroll H. Leavell

FOR SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS AT ALL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PLAYGROUNDS IN THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL SCHOOL DISTRICT IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for safety improvements at all elementary school playgrounds in the Carlsbad municipal school district in Eddy county.
