SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 104

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

46TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2003

REQUESTED BY Carroll H. Leavell

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN TATUM IN LEA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for sewer system improvements in Tatum in Lea county;

• to the state highway and transportation department

three hundred seven thousand dollars ($307,000) for street improvements in Tatum in Lea county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

eighty-seven thousand dollars ($87,000) to plan, design and construct an ambulance garage in Tatum in Lea county; and

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to purchase a tractor for weed control in Tatum in Lea county.
