SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 103

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state agency on aging

eight hundred four thousand six hundred dollars ($804,600) to design, construct and equip an addition to the Artesia senior meal site in Eddy county;

• to the department of environment

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for design of a water system engineering plan in the Smokey Trail area in Eddy county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred sixty thousand dollars ($260,000) to renovate the horse council arena restrooms and concession stands in Eddy county; and

three hundred thirty-eight thousand dollars ($338,000) for improvements at the sheriff's posse rodeo arena in Eddy county.
