FOR RENOVATIONS AND ADDITIONS AT O'DONNELL HALL AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

twelve million dollars ($12,000,000) to renovate and make additions to O'Donnell hall at New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
