FOR PHASE 1 IMPROVEMENTS TO THE CLOUDCROFT WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT IN OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

three hundred forty-eight thousand dollars ($348,000) for phase 1 improvements to the Cloudcroft wastewater treatment plant in Otero county.
