FOR THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A WATER WELL AND WATER STORAGE TANK FOR THE CARNUEL MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER AND WASTEWATER CONSUMERS’ ASSOCIATION IN CARNUEL IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for the design and construction of a water well and water storage tank for the Carnuel mutual domestic water and wastewater consumers’ association in Carnuel in Bernalillo county.
