FOR TRAFFIC SIGNALS AT NEW MEXICO HIGHWAY 528 IN RIO RANCHO IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) for traffic signals at New Mexico highway 528 and Idalia road and at New Mexico highway 528 and Riverside drive in Rio Rancho in Sandoval county.
