FOR A VETERANS' MEMORIAL IN TULAROSA IN OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to construct, equip, furnish and landscape a veterans' memorial at the Tularosa community center in Otero county.
