SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 15

46TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2003

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN ELEPHANT BUTTE IN SIERRA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to purchase land and make infrastructure improvements for the Elephant Butte north area wastewater facility in Sierra county; and

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred forty-nine thousand dollars ($149,000) for improvements to Balboa and Hallmark streets in Elephant Butte in Sierra county.
