REAUTHORIZATION TO CHANGE THE PURPOSE OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION TO
IMPROVE AND EQUIP THE PARK IN TORTUGAS IN DONA ANA COUNTY.
The proceeds from the sale of severance tax bonds appropriated to the local government division of the department of finance and administration pursuant to Subsection 390 of Section 22 of Chapter 110 of Laws 2002 to purchase and install lighting and playground equipment at the ball park in Tortugas in Dona Ana county shall not be expended for the original purpose but are reauthorized and appropriated to improve and equip the park in Tortugas in Dona Ana county.
