FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE LAS CRUCES DOWNTOWN REVITALIZATION PROJECT IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two million six hundred seventy thousand dollars ($2,670,000) for site preparation, planning, designing, repairing and constructing the Las Cruces downtown revitalization project in Dona Ana county.
