SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 1397

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR LAS CUMBRES LEARNING SERVICES IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) to renovate and expand the playground area at Las Cumbres learning services in Rio Arriba county; and

fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) for grounds and building improvements, including lighting, landscaping and equipment to resolve water runoff, at Las Cumbres learning services in Rio Arriba county.
