FOR A WATER WELL FOR THE CHAMA WATER SYSTEM IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to drill, construct and equip a water well for the Chama water system in Rio Arriba county.
