FOR HEAVY EQUIPMENT FOR THE NEWCOMB CHAPTER OF THE NAVAJO NATION IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase heavy equipment for Newcomb chapter of the Navajo Nation in San Juan county.
