FOR THE RIO LOBO CANYON PIPELINE ROAD FOR THE STANDING ROCK CHAPTER OF THE NAVAJO NATION IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one million dollars ($1,000,000) to plan, design and construct the Rio Lobo canyon Pipeline road for the Standing Rock chapter of the Navajo Nation in McKinley county.
