FOR REMODELING THE BASEMENT OF THE LIBRARY AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO GALLUP BRANCH IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico

forty thousand dollars ($40,000) to remodel the basement of the library at the university of New Mexico Gallup branch in McKinley county.
