FOR MITTEN ROCK ROAD IMPROVEMENTS IN SANOSTEE AND MITTEN ROCK IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for planning and engineering design for Mitten Rock road in the Sanostee and Mitten Rock communities in San Juan county.
