FOR EQUIPMENT AND UPGRADES TO THE FOURTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT OFFICES IN LAS VEGAS IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the fourth judicial district court

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to upgrade and equip the fourth judicial district court offices in Las Vegas in San Miguel county; and

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to equip the juvenile probation and parole office in Las Vegas in San Miguel county.
