SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 1303

46TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2003

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN ESTANCIA IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to engineer, design and upgrade the existing treatment plant in Estancia in Torrance county; and

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to improve the water system, including the installation of water lines, in Estancia in Torrance county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to renovate and upgrade the Estancia municipal building in Estancia in Torrance county.
