FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR THE BERINO MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN BERINO IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) for phase 1 of a water project for Berino mutual domestic water consumers association in Berino in Dona Ana county; and

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to purchase equipment for the Berino mutual domestic water consumers association in Berino in Dona Ana county; and

• to the state highway and transportation department

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for road improvements for the Berino mutual domestic water consumers association in Berino in Dona Ana county.
