FOR VOIDING A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION AND REAUTHORIZING AND APPROPRIATING FOR WATER AND WASTEWATER IMPROVEMENTS IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

The project authorized in Subsection 5 of Section 18 of Chapter 110 of Laws 2002 to the department of health to acquire land for, plan, design, construct, equip and furnish a new facility for the San Miguel la clinica de familia in Dona Ana county is void. The state board of finance may issue and sell severance tax bonds upon certification by the department of environment that the need exists for the issuance of the bonds in the amount of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to the department of environment for water and wastewater improvements in Dona Ana county.
